Connect the database.

Enter the MySQL database credentials from Hostinger. Use a fresh empty database for a clean test installation.

Usually localhost on Hostinger unless your database panel shows a different host.
Leave empty only if your test database user has no password.
Your database password is written only to the local config file after install.

For safety, never leave install.php public after the platform is installed and tested.
